How do I book a service?

What is the Visit Fee?

The visit fee (₹100-₹150) covers the worker's travel cost. It is mandatory to pay once the worker reaches your location to unlock the chat and set the final job price.

Are the workers verified?

Yes, every worker on LocalServe undergoes a multi-step KYC verification process including Aadhaar, PAN card, and background checks.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel for free before the worker accepts. Once accepted, cancellation may incur a small fee. Note: Visit fee is non-refundable after worker arrives.
Earnings
(Workers) How do I get paid?

Earnings are settled into your bank account after you successfully complete and settle a job. You can track all transactions in the 'Earnings' tab.
